Tesshu Zenkai is a zazen gathering located at Kohoin Temple of the Tenryuji School of Rinzai Zen Buddhism.

First time zazen practitioners are welcome. Please feel free to come.

◆Zazen Session

For beginners who would like to know what zazen is and get an introduction to authentic zazen, we will explain how to sit and practice zazen. This will be followed by a Dharma talk on the essence of Zen by the Abbot of Kohoin Temple (Roshi).

■Other individual arrangements can also be made.

"Zazen and Dharma Talks to go" are also available. Please contact us if you are interested in holding a "Zazen and Dharma Talk" in your hometown.
